Day by day wellness is about improving people’s lives by focusing on improving health and wellness, our aim is to help you to be the best you can be.
There are many definitions of wellness, being the best we can be emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually is what we strive for. We are going to concentrate on the physical side and this may help other areas to improve.
We offer a 12-week lifestyle program for people who are overweight or for people who simply need to refocus on their physical wellness and want to change their lifestyle habits by targeting positive lifestyle behaviors including exercise and healthy eating.
The program incorporates one on one mentoring, consultation and coaching by a wellness professional.
